How to control your mind?

Morning Thoughts

When at morning you try to wake up your body says let’s sleep a little more, let’s sleep a little more .It is the body, it is lazy, body says no I want to sleep more, I am very tired, I slept late at night.
Then who told you to sleep late at night.
You have the fear
What if I lose my job?
What if the money is not enough ?
What if my Bank account has less money ?
What if something happens with me ?
All these things your body makes you do. You say mentally. I work hard get promotion and do some business. But your body fears your money is very less, money is not enough.

Your body drives you. You try not to follow the body.

When you will take out all the fears through meditation the body will come inside you. It will become the tool, it becomes like your hand whenever I will use it when I want to Otherwise, I won’t.
First The whole mastery over the body is Yoga of the body.
Second, comes your mind.
What is your mind? You don’t know?
This is. But what else?
Think, is your mind a combination of thoughts?
Do you know what your mind is?
Your mind is just the knowledge inside you. Your mind is the library of knowledge. Do you know your thoughts are not the mind, your thoughts are used by the mind, the thoughts are used by the body, the thoughts are used by the senses, the thoughts are used by the soul.

Multitasking

Today in your heart you have four feelings for the same thing. If I put a delicious pastry in front of you, your body will say I am hungry, your mind will say no do dieting because you have diabetes. But senses will say no it is very delicious I had eaten it, the soul says no do what is right don’t eat an egg.
Four voices are coming from your body.
You will be more confused...
These voices coming from your thoughts.
If we use all four thoughts, it is the faculty. Thoughts are the faculty.

How to control your mind?

First, you control your body and make it a tool.
You punish your body, keep it hungry, do meditation. And your body becomes a tool and you get free and liberated. Make your body run like a horse, make it run, Then your body loses the power to make you fearful.
Second is the mind, the mind is just your knowledge,
Your knowledge is getting increased, replaced, changing, it is your mind that is it? It is only because of your knowledge. Knowledge also has an ego.

I am more intelligent, I have done degrees. I have a role right, I am a good son, I am a good husband, I am this, I am that. Knowledge has its own ego. After that, your senses are your tools. Why your eyes are telling you that I have to see T.V. that serial, I have to see Indiaís match, leave all the jobs hurry, watch the match. Your eyes are pulling you to do that, it is not helping you to see you what is right, what is the truth,
What should I do? What is right?
Your eyes are pulling you.
Your nose is pulling you.
Your taste of the tongue is pulling you.
The touch of the hand I pulling you.
Everything is pulling you into the different distractions of the senses.

The day you break it in meditation they become the tool.

If you want to see, then see.
If you want to taste then taste.
It will be the same but you will use it as a tool.

what are the stages of meditation?

Control your mind

First stage:

You gain some control over your thoughts so that they go where you want them to go. So do you want to go mind, body, senses or soul you wanted to go to the soul, the truth? So the first thing is you learn to control your thoughts. Do some breathing exercises. Focus them on one particular thing at least.

Second stage:

Do mantra jap. When you do mantra jap you try to focus them on one particular thing. your thoughts can only survive if there are pleasure and pain.

Third stage:

Where you start realizing that what negativity is inside me what limiting fears inside me, what is negativity and you start releasing them. Which is chakra yoga, release meditation. It is akin to doing Abhishek of Shiva. Release all negativity that is The Shiv Tatva in you.

Fourth Stage:

Where major release is done you come to the Shakti Tatva .In which you start affirming who I am ? who I am? You start affirming that I am power, I believe in this,I am this. You bring affirmation inside you, then the thing is what we said. That is the impact of positive affirmation. If you only affirm that I am courageous it will not work. First, you have to release that I am fearful and then you say I am courageous, it will work. So, this affirmation comes and after affirmation, the last step comes.

Fifth stage:

When you shatter the illusions after seeing it, it is contemplative meditation. You look at your illusions, they get shattered because your focus has become deeper. So these are the different stages of meditation. You have to understand, Thoughts are a faculty.
After you have done all these steps. Your thoughts are completely eliminated. When it becomes zero you can use them when you want to think.
