Maintain a good posture, always wear shoes that fit well and do not subject your body to any rigorous routine while dressing for work or play.

Release stress by performing Yoga, receiving a massage or following another holistic approach such as acupuncture.

If it hurts on certain days, try to keep track of activities on those days.

Finding out what is causing the joint pain can often be a way to reduce the pain completely.
